Some of the most popular routes for this are downtown Seattle - Bremerton, downtown Seattle - Bainbridge Island, downtown Seattle - Clinton and Anacortes - Orcas Island.
You do need to contact the Washington State Ferry System and get permission to be married on the ferry crossing. The staff at the ferry office are very accommodating and it's easy to make your booking. They do require advance notice of at least a few days.
Hurricane Ridge on the Olympic Peninsula (Port Angeles, WA) ~ On the Olympic Peninsula and several hours by car from downtown Seattle is the seaside town of Port Angeles and neighboring Olympic National Park.
